(Within these terms MIIR Limited will be referred to as "MIIR" and exmotabilitycars.com will be referred to as “this site”). The “Customer” shall mean the individual, person, company or other body placing an order for a motor vehicle as sourced through the exmotabilitycars.com website. A “Qualified Customer” is a customer that has enquired about a motor vehicle and whose status has been approved to complete a purchase. Telephone and e-mail orders are taken on the understanding and expectation that you, the customer, have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Use listed below.

Accuracy and Contract
MIIR cannot guarantee the accuracy of information given on this site and customers are advised to do their own research before confirming an order. The information given is not intended to form the basis of any contract, and is merely an invitation to treat. Contracts can only be made by completing and signing an order form; by the acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, and by the payment of a cleared deposit. Motor vehicles are primarily sourced through the Motability scheme and are subject to their terms and conditions of supply. Mileage, Specifications, Images and Models featured on this site are indications for information purposes only. Prices quoted on this site are inclusive of vat but exclude vehicle preparation, road tax and delivery charges. Quoted prices are subject to change without notice. MIIR will endeavor to confirm all specifications, prices, vehicle preparation and delivery costs with the customer before acceptance of an order.

Jurisdiction and Law
This site is intended for the use of customers in the United Kingdom only. It was created and is operated according to the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and to the laws of England.

Severance
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

These additional Terms and Conditions of Sale are available on request and in all cases, will be sent to Qualified Customers prior to the completion of an order form.

MIIR reserve the right to make changes to this site, our policies, terms of use and terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Privacy Policy
Customers are referred to our separate Privacy Policy statement published elsewhere on this site. MIIR takes your privacy very seriously. As part of our service to you we will collect certain information that will be necessary to process your order and provide a comprehensive after sales service. This will include: Name, Address, Telephone number, Email address, Bank, credit and debit cards details. Any personal information that we receive from you will be used solely by us or, subject to your agreement, passed to a finance company. We guarantee that your details will not be shared with or sold to any third party without your direct permission

Complaints Handling
MIIR is committed to customer service and to resolving complaints in a fair and effective manner. Should you have any reason to complain about our service, please write to the Manager at our registered office address. We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and to undertake all reasonable efforts to resolve it promptly. We will provide you with a time scale for resolving the dispute and keep you regularly updated with respect to our progress.
